Cannabidiolic acid (CBDa) is the acidic precursor to CBD. It is found in the cannabis plant, along with other cannabinoids such as THC and CBD. CBDa is non-psychoactive, meaning it does not cause a "high."
CBDa is a promising cannabinoid with a number of potential health and therapeutic effects, including pain relief, inflammation reduction, anxiety relief, nausea relief, appetite stimulation, sleep improvement, and neuroprotection. CBDa is also being studied for its potential to treat a variety of other medical conditions, such as cancer, epilepsy, and Parkinson's disease.
